Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges are 100% free of charge for you.
For returns (refunds), customers bear the return shipping costs themselves.
How the process works

Initiate an exchange or return
Send us a short email with your order number and request to hallo@calmont.de

Response within 24 hours
We will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours with all further steps and – if necessary – a return label.

Prepare items
Please ensure that the items are in perfect condition and carefully packaged so that they arrive safely.

Processing & Completion
Upon receipt of your return, we will inform you of the status and promptly initiate the exchange or further processing.
Note: Vouchers purchased online are excluded from exchange.
