If something doesn't fit or please you, we will of course do everything we can to make you happy!
Your return label for an exchange is 100% free . However, please understand that as a young brand, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns.
To make things as easy as possible for you, the return fee of €4.00 will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
1. Register your exchange or return:

2. We will send you the DHL return label
We will then send you a return label, which you can print out and stick on your package.
3. Pack and ship goods
To avoid transport damage or loss of the items, be sure to package the items in their original or at least similarly good packaging.
4. Refund
After receipt and positive inspection of the return, we will process refunds promptly (usually within 2 working days), less a return fee of €4.00.
Vouchers purchased online cannot be exchanged.
