Scope These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from LKV Ventures Ltd. (hereinafter BeHale) to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be predominantly attributed to his or her commercial or independent professional activity.
Contractual partner The purchase contract is concluded with LKV Ventures Ltd., Michael Koutsofta 7, Mykonos Building No. 2, Office 102, Commercial Register No.: HE 381850.
Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely an invitation to order.
By clicking the [Buy/order for a fee] button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email immediately after receiving your order.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
If you, as a consumer, exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with section 4.1, you will be responsible for the regular costs of return.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us [enter name of the entrepreneur, address, telephone number and email address] of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. You can also electronically complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration on our website (insert internet address). If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by email) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us or to (if applicable, the name and address of the person authorized by you to receive the goods) promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Prices and shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
In addition to the listed prices, we charge a flat rate of €4.90 per order for delivery within Germany. Shipping costs are clearly stated on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page.
For cash on delivery payments, an additional fee of €0.00 will be charged, which the courier will collect on-site. No other taxes or fees apply.
Delivery
Delivery is only within Germany with DHL.
Delivery time is up to 3 days. Any deviations will be indicated on the respective product page.

Payment can be made either in advance or cash on delivery.
If you choose to pay in advance, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Dispute resolution
The EU Commission has created an online dispute resolution platform. The platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts. Further information is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.We are obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board to resolve disputes with consumers. The responsible consumer arbitration board is the Universal Arbitration Board of the Federal Center for Arbitration eV, Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.verbraucher-schlichter.de. We will participate in dispute resolution proceedings before this board to resolve the aforementioned disputes.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
